ABOUT
ME!
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Hawai'i on the island of O'ahu. It was here where I learned to appreciate physical wellness. From surfing the clear blue waters of the Pacific Ocean to climbing the rich green mountains of the island, I have found fitness to be a key factor to improve one's quality of life.

It is because of my passion to help individuals that my focus has recently shifted to improving the physical wellness of others as I strive for a career in Physical Therapy. I aim to not only reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disabilities in my future patients as a Physical Therapist would, but to change their quality of life by imparting my experiences and knowledge of how physical fitness can be so beneficial.
